Irene Labrador Tarrés, Cello.
 
Irene Labrador studied cello in Barcelona at the University of Music from Catalonia, with Jose Mor. She is currently studying her Master in Music Performance with Henrik Brendstrup at the Royal Academy of Music in Aarhus, Denmark. She has attended several masterclasses with Mark Friedhoff, Christopher Richter, Elisabetta Renzi, Amparo Lacruz and Nabí Cabestany.
 
With an especial interest for chamber music Irene has received lessons from Casals String Quartet and Kennedy Moretti. She focuses now on exploring clarinet trio repertoire with ARA Trio.
 
As an orchestral musician she has played with the Youth National Orchestra from Catalonia, Barcelona Symphony Orchestra, Aalborg Symphony Orchestra and the Youth Orchestra from the Calatan Countries. She has also attended to international projects as Orkester Norden and Ensemble Orchestral de Toulouse.
María Jiménez Pardo, Clarinet.
 
María was born in 1991 in Albacete (Spain). She started her clarinet studies at the age of 7 in the Royal Conservatory of Music in Albacete with José Lozano as main teacher. She continued her Bachelor studies in Valencia with professor Venancio Rius.
 
She has been member of different orchestras both Spain and Europe as EUYWO, WYWOP, JOGV, among others. In addition, she has played in Randers Kammerorkester and Aalborg Symphony Orchestra, as an assistant.
 
She has been soloist with different ensembles like wind band, clarinet ensemble and orchestra.
Currently, she is studying the Master of Music at the Royal Academy of Music in Aarhus (Denmark) with teachers Bue Skov Thomassen and Mathias Kjøller.

     Ara Trio is a chamber music group defined by its pursuit of passion, elegance and energy. María, Irene and Mariano have given life to this Trio during their professional training in The Royal Academy of Music in Aarhus (Denmark). From the begining they have the counceling from Afiara Quartet, Ensemble MidVest and professors Bue Skov Thomassen, Henrik Brenstrup, among others.

Mariano Miguel Sánchez, Piano.
 

Mariano was born in Palencia, Spain. He starts his elementary studies of piano in 2000 at the age of 8 years old with the teacher Eva Gigosos, and finishes his professional studies at the conservatory of his birth home with Jose Carlos Crespo in 2010. The same year he is admitted in the “Conservatorio Superior de Música del Principado de Asturia", where he gets his bachelor degree in piano performing with the professor Mª Teresa Pérez, passing it with distinction.

 

His talent has been recognised in contests as “I Concurso Conservatorio de Palencia”, “I Concurso Claudio Prieto” for musicians of Castilla y León region –Spain (second prize in category A as soloist), “II concurso-festival internacional La Noche en Madrid” (second prize in chamber music category) and “III Premio de Música de Cámara CONSMUPA – FundaciónCaja Rural”, with the Trio Vipiace.

Since 2015, he is studying a Master degree in piano performing at the “Royal Academy of Music” in Aarhus (Denmark) with the teacher Jens Elvekjaer.
